How to use Summer Gift Certificates
This New Patient Promotion is a mailer sent to your active and inactive patient list from the last two years. The letter explains you are devoting time this summer to helping your patients’ friends and family. Enclosed with the letter are two Gift Certificates for a Free Examination including x-rays, if necessary, and a Report of Findings for your patients to share with their family and friends. The letter offers to your patient if they have not been in for a while to use a coupon for themselves stimulating patient reactivation.
Mail this Promotion anytime between June 15 through July 15 to your patient list . The recommended expiration date on the Gift Certificate is August 31, giving you two months to promote. After Gift Certificates are mailed start asking patients if they received them. If your patient says no, ask them to keep an eye out for them or hand them one. If they say yes, ask “Who will you be referring?” Order enough Gift Certificates to have on hand to give to your active patients throughout the promotional period.
It is imperative you talk-up you are giving away Free Gift Certificates to open a flow of New Patients. One way to assure your patients know about your promotion is to hang a Banner in your reception room.
