How To Use This Product for Practice Success
Your practice success and patient results depend on patients making and keeping appointments. Improve patient retention by making multiple appointments.
Say to the patient: “Mrs. Jones it is important you keep your appointments the best you can. We recomend you make multiple appointments in advance so you can make sure you reserve the time that is best for you. This will also help you plan your life knowing when your appointments are scheduled over the next few weeks.” Always make it to the patients advantage to make multiple appointments in advance.
Write appointment time on card, circle dates and give the top copy to the patient. Staple the carbon copy to the patient’s travel card so the Doctor will know the patient is scheduled in advance. Ask them if they would like a piece of tape to tape the card to their dashboard or rearview mirror of their car. Always use anticipation of return statement when your patients leave the office. Ex. “See you on Friday.” “See you next week.”
